    Registration 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boyne Mountain. $5 per vehicle, $10 per adult, $5 for age 10 and under. Dinner/ Leave Boyne Mountain at 7:00 PM - travel to Atwood - Antrim Dells - Dessert, Entertainment and presentation of the 2013 Banks Township Citizen of the Year.

  • EAST JORDAN FREEDOM FESTIVAL . . .
    Get out the American flags, red, white and blue bunting and decorate East Jordan. The schedule of events is packed with activities for all ages to enjoy. Take in the entire slate of the schedule or pick out your favorite three or four, just get out and enjoy!!! Kudos and much appreciation to the festival board - Shannon Fender, Denise Brown-Pajtas, Heather Jackson, Zach Pajtas and Courtney Fender for all of their time and dedication they have contributed this past year and will throughout the next three days! Thank you also to the many volunteers, organizations, businesses, churches, etc. who donate their time and financial support to ensure the success of this East Jordan signature event. Let's kick-off summer in the area in Grand Style!

  • Concerts in the Park . . .
    The first scheduled concert for the summer series is Friday, June 28th - in the bandshell from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. "Peter, Paul and Mary Remembered" - Folk Music will be on the stage. Be sure to enjoy dinner at one of our restaurants and then listen to an evening of folk music on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Concerts continue every Friday night thru Aug. 16.
