1/2 c. margarine 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1 c. flour 1/2 t. baking powder |
3/4 c. milk 1 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. chopped raisins (optional) | |
Cream together margarine and sugar. Sift together flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Add oats and raisins; mix well. Spread in greased pan 8" by 8" by 2". Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool; cut in bars. Frost. |
